I came to Tamara for help with a ruptured achilles tendon. She was fantastic and I can't recommend her highly enough! She gave me exercises to do at home and on holiday in a swimming pool via an app. Our sessions were really useful. She helped me take things slowly when I was impatient and helped me stay on track when I got a bit bored with being injured. My consultant was amazed at my recovery. Thanks Tamara! You're a star!

Sam is the best physio that I have ever had. Quite quickly, one figures out that Sam has a natural instinct about how things work. He is so focused on figuring out the problem, and then following a chain of events around the body, that it becomes almost trance-like. The guy has a gift, and I am happy to be a part of it.

I have visited Vitality for a couple of years now. I’ve had various shoulder, ankle, groin and back injuries and every time I have been nursed back to health very quickly when it seemed like it would be months before I saw improvement. The friendliest and most knowledgable of physios. If you have an injury, then don’t hold back like I did for a while, get it sorted out at Vitality!

I am a dancer and I thought that I strained a muscle in my shoulder and noticed that it had become weaker in strength. Janine diagnosed an impingement in my right shoulder and with a combination of her treatment and physical exercises, my shoulder has become stronger and my aches have gone. I developed a very sudden and very painful neck spasm, to the extent that I could not put my head straight/in normal position. My physio at Vitality was incredibly professional and the treatment she gave was spot on. It took me about 4 days to recover, I could not go to work in this time. I saw the physio twice during this period, she talked me through the injury and the recovery and I could feel a big difference after every treatment. The stretches that she recommended helped a lot and I would recommend Vitality to anybody who needs to get better soon.

When I dislocated my kneecap then popped it back, I went to the GP explaining the injury and the pain. The GP finally referred me to NHS physio after I presented her with a privately obtained MRI showing a partially pinched in fatpad under the kneecap, which was really painful. Numerous physio treatments by the NHS did not seem to change a thing. That is when I found Vitality Physio, and Janine, with her amazing knowledge of injured knees. After 5 treatments, and the strengthening exercises she gave for ‘homework’ the knee pain was gone. I can fully recommend her, as she is very knowledgeable, motivational, the clinic is very calm, clean, and relaxing, and overall she healed my knee in 5 treatments. Thank you.
